After 21 days of snow and ice, the temperature has warmed up to 35F and it has started to rain. And rain. And rain. National Weather Service has this to say: A WARM AND VERY WET STREAM OF MOISTURE WILL BE AIMED AT WESTERN WASHINGTON THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT. THIS WILL RESULT IN SIGNIFICANT RAINFALL ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA AS WELL AS RISING SNOW LEVELS. STORM TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS FROM TODAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT ARE EXPECTED TO BE ON THE ORDER OF 6 TO 10 INCHES ON THE COAST AND IN THE C

In an effort to convince somebody, somewhere to buy its cars, GM has decided to remove virtually all requirements, including that of a pulse, for receiving a car purchase loan from its financing branch. Good thing we gave the Big Three that bailout, huh?
