They seem to make this mistake in nearly every TV show, Newspaper, Radio Show, and blog. It may be just a pet-peve but, I expect the people who are paid lots of money to speak correctly. The issue is that they use the word “Literally” to replace “Metaphorically” or “almost”, “like”, “close to”, or “there seems to be”; Which is not correct.
